“I don’t write reviews often, but some experiences genuinely deserve more than a star rating. My stay at Wilton Manor Solar Energy was one of those rare occasions where everything just felt right from the moment I arrived, with a very warm welcome by Nadine. The property itself is lovely but the true heart of this place is undeniably Nadine, Sarita and Team.
Nothing feels rushed, nothing feels overlooked. They remember the small things – a preference, a name, a quiet request made once and never again repeated. That level of attentiveness comes from people who genuinely care, and it shows in every interaction. And then there’s the breakfast. Good lord, the breakfast. Fresh, generous, beautifully put together and it set the tone for the entire day, every single morning. Cape Town is a city I return to as often as I can, and Wilton Manor Solar Energy has now firmly secured its place on my list of non-negotiables.

“Very friendly and welcoming staff. Much more personal treatment than staying in a big hotel. Beautifully restored old house. Clean rooms and shared spaces such as breakfast – and pool area, well positioned to go to town and to the many beaches of Cape Town, safe parking on the premises.”

“It is a very stylish setting….with beautiful African decor and a small pool. My husband appreciates good design at a reasonable price and he was “wowed” by the Manor. He also enjoyed the pool even thought the water was quite cold. We thought the location was convenient and were able to walk to the V & A Waterfront during the day.”
